Hundreds of families (including thousands of displaced persons) children, women and the elderly, were forced to relocate due to fear of the consequences of the war. Many were forced to relocate due to fierce confrontations taking place in some provinces inside the residential neighborhoods. Displaced people from Hodeidah, Taiz, Al-Baida and other areas of Yemen, have been forced to live in a number of communities at schools and camps in Zinjibar, Abyan in very difficult conditions which lack the most basic standards of living necessities. Through the partnership with Muslim Aid USA, we have secured food baskets targeting IDPs and poverty-stricken families. The distribution took place in a single day .
