On June 3 rd, 2019 Yemen Aid distributed Eid gifts to 100 orphans in the city of Aden. This project comes at a time where the Islamic Holiday is celebrated with the intention of it being a time of joy and happiness. As part of the holiday, children should wear new clothes as part of the festivities. However, due to the conflict in Yemen, millions of families have been negatively impacted by deteriorating economy and loss of parents – whether through in crossfire or health-related reasons. Muslims Aid USA has partnered with “Yemen Aid” to implement Eid Outfit distribution in coordination with a local clothing store.

Through this project, “Yemen Aid” has successfully implemented this project the day before Eid was scheduled.
